What is Resume Arbitrage?

At NYCREX®, we receive hundreds of resumes each day from active job candidates who are looking for a new and exciting career opportunity.  There is an extraordinary amount of information contained within these resumes.  In order to effectively serve both our clients and our candidates, we have designed proprietary solutions to optimize the identification and timing of matching candidates to our clients' open opportunities.

When you submit your resume to us, Rbitrage™, our proprietary Resume Arbitrage solution analyzes the keywords contained within your resume, among other variables, against positions that we are currently looking to fill with our clients.  Your resume is then routed to the dedicated Recruiting Managers at NYCREX® that are responsible for the opportunities we discover.  Your resume is also stored in our database for future opportunities, and analyzed by Rbitrage as new jobs open up.
