What is Contingent Recruiting?

This the the core service of NYCREX®.

There is no up front cost associated with Contingent Recruiting. Fees are paid by the employer and are only payable contingent upon an offer being made to a candidate, acceptance of the offer by the candidate, and a successful start of employment.

Furthermore, these fees are contingent upon a probationary period of employment, during which the new employee must remain employed by the company.

Candidates do not pay any fees whatsoever.
