Michael Englander

Michael began his career in Real Estate as Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, and re-focused his efforts around real estate staffing in 2005 with the founding of NYCREX.  Mike is responsible for finding and attracting top real estate talent in the New York City metropolitan area for a client base of boutique, mid-size, and large real estate brokerages and real estate management companies.

Michael earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Hofstra University.  Mike is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State and operates a boutique firm, HNW Realty Corp.  He is also President & CEO of HNW Global Inc.

Joseph Einav

Joe is responsible for the candidate development aspects of the NYCREX Real Estate practice area.  He is a frequent speaker in the New York Real Estate community, and plays an integral role in the candidate selection and interview process.  Joe is truly aware of all that NYCREX has to offer, himself having been on the candidate side of the equation, successfully placed by NYCREX with one of our clients.  As a New York State Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, Joe has a hands-on understanding of the role that the right recruiter can play in the early stages of an Agent's career.

Joe holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Syracuse University, with a major in Finance & Accounting, having graduated Magna Cum Laude, and is currently earning his Juris Doctorate at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Gloria Fuentes

Gloria is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with New York State since 2009. Gloria draws from her success as an Agent when pairing the right candidates with the right clients while recruiting with our firm. She is an alumnus and frequent presenter at the New York Real Estate Institute.

Gloria also owns and operates a boutique marketing firm in New York City, and has an educational background in International Relations from Baylor University.

Rachel Pillet

Rachel brings with her a history of success in a recruiting research, candidate development, and client management capacity. Rachel's focus is on the NYCREX Real Estate practice area.  She is a frequent speaker in the New York Real Estate community, and plays an integral role in the candidate identification and evaluation process.  Rachel is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with her coursework completed through the New York Real Estate Institute.

Prior to NYCREX, Rachel worked in a recruiting capacity with a well respected recruiting agency in New York. Rachel holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Hofstra University.
